We specialize in Traditional paellas as they are made in Valenciana, and Alicante for seafood. We incude salad with paella, and if you want tapas/pintxos to nibble on while the paella cooks, we can provide some tantalizing choices.

Paella Valenciana

Ingredients: Bomba rice, chicken/vegetable stock, chicken, tomato, saffron, paprika, rosemary, butter beans, romano beans, salt, olive oil. Gluten free

This is the most traditional and super flavorful paella and what you would get if you asked for paella in Valencia. Options for cubed chicken thighs, bone in chicken, and bone in rabbit.

Paella de Verduras

Ingredients: Bomba rice, vegetable stock, onion, garlic, tomato, saffron, paprika, choricero peppers, Ñora peppers, mushrooms, various fresh vegetables, salt, olive oil.
We can customize the selection of vegetables to delight you.

Paella del Mar

Ingredients: Bomba rice, seafood stock, seafood, onion, tomato, saffron, paprika, garlic, bell pepper, Ñora peppers, choricero peppers, parsley, salt, olive oil.

Ensalada de San Isidro
